How do I take care of my jewelry?
To maintain the bracelet's sanctity and effectiveness:
- Avoid wearing it in impure places, such as bathrooms or kitchens.
- Store it in a cloth bag or pouch when not used, and keep it away from areas like under your pillow or bedside.
- Avoid contact with chemicals.
- Avoid heavy pressure
Are all these items from Tibet?
- Yes, all the items are made and dispatched by Tibetan artisans.
Do you want your jewelry to be consecrated and blessed by a master?
- When you purchase jewelry with a master's blessing at Namtso Arte, you can send your name and birthday to support@namtsoarte.com.
- We will write your information on the prayer slip and a master from a Tibetan temple will consecrate and bless the jewelry for your purchase. This ensures that blessings and positive energy are directed towards you, promoting peace, health and prosperity in your life.
- We will send you a video for it.

If my bracelet broke, can I restring it?
- Yes, you can.

Can I get a price adjustment on my item?
- As a retail business, our prices may change in response to trends, stock, and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
Why did the price change on checkout?
- The prices shown on our website refer only to the value of the products. However, during checkout, a delivery fee may be added to the total purchase price. If the price difference is much higher than expected, please contact our by email:support@namtsoarte.com.We will happily check this for you.
My payment was declined - What should I do?

How to track my order ?

How long will it take to ship my order?
- Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.
I received a tracking number but it hasn't been updated-What should i do?
Let me explain why it shows that it has been shipped but the logistics information has not been updated yet.
- When the product is hand-made in Tibet and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterwards.
- Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

How do I return my order?
We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Don't worry! Our policy lasts 30 days. All orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping cost.

The item I received doesn't look like the picture on the website.
- Sometimes, due to camera issues, there may be color differences in the products, which is a normal phenomenon.
